Warranty and Repairs: After-sales Service

There is a regulatory guarantee for the acquisition of any product in the EU. This support has a period of two years from the time of delivery of the item and is applicable to manufacturing imperfections.

In the event that the product exhibits a defect, Accesoriesviaje must carry out the repair or replacement with a similar item* and these actions will not entail additional costs for the user.

*Important: replacements and fixes will always depend on the inventory availability of the affected models at the time the problem is reported.

The commercial warranty has the same duration as the regulatory warranty, that is, two years from the date of purchase. For online customers, it is not necessary to present proof of purchase since we have the record.

What do we consider improper use?

However, there are other types of damage that result from impacts against steps, excessive loading or improper use of straps, which do not fall into the category of commercial warranty.

Steps to follow if you are an online customer

In principle, send an email to support@accesoriosviaje.es with the following information:

  • Detailed description of what you are experiencing.
  • Image of the product that clearly shows the defect.
  • Buyer details to facilitate their location in the system.

Our after-sales service team will carry out an initial evaluation with the information provided and we will contact you to share our first impression and recommendations to follow.

Generally, whether for warranty or repair procedures, the deadline, including collection and shipping, is usually around 7 days, as long as everything is carried out properly.
