Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have a period of 14 days to request the return of any item.

For a product to be returned, it must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, with no signs of use and with the original label attached.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event that you decide to withdraw, we will refund all payments received, including shipping costs if applicable. Without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we register your return.

We will request the collection of the material at the address you indicate and, once received, we will verify its status. If everything is in accordance, we will proceed to refund the amount using the same payment method that you used for your purchase.

You will not have to pay anything for shipping to our warehouses.

Shipping Costs on Purchases

Shipping costs are €5 for all types of products.

For what reason could my credit card be declined?

Your card may be declined for any of the following reasons:

• Card expiration. Check that your card does not exceed its validity date.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, data transmission is carried out in SSL encrypted form. For payments with Visa and Mastercard, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is linked to the CES system, the system will contact the issuing bank for the buyer to authorize the purchase. Once the authenticity is confirmed by the bank, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

Taxes

Prices always include Value Added Tax (VAT), but do not include other taxes, fees, tariffs or surcharges.

Rates

The products will be sold at the indicated price, with the price established at the time of confirmation of the order by the client being valid.

Validity

Accesoriesviaje reserves the right to modify prices, products, offers and other commercial conditions without prior notice.

Copyright

All illustrations, the store name and store photos are protected by intellectual property legislation. Improper use can be prosecuted legally.
