To make payment by credit card, it is necessary to have the following information:

When will I receive my item?
Get your item within 24/72 hours (1-3 business days).
Once payment is confirmed, we will proceed to prepare your order for shipment from our warehouse as soon as possible.
Shipments usually take approximately 24 to 72 hours (1-3 business days). During periods of high demand, such as during Christmas or Black Friday, carriers may experience delivery delays. We monitor deliveries daily until the courier company drops the product at the address provided. In the event of any incident, such as errors in the delivery address, we will contact you using the information provided (phone or email).
- You can process the return of any item within 14 calendar days of receipt. The refund of the amount will be carried out after verifying the condition of the items.
- Returned items must be in identical condition as when you received them.
- Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method you used when making your purchase. If you prefer to exchange the product for another similar one or of similar cost, the costs associated with the collection and shipping of the item will be completely free.

- To make an exchange for another type of product or color, you must make the return and place a new order.
